Unlike opaque retail invoices, every Heaven Gold & Diamond price breakdown strictly separates Gross Weight from Net Precious Metal Weight. You never pay gold gram rates on the weight of diamonds, emeralds, or enamel work.

2. Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Charter

All 24K (999.9), 22K (916), and 18K (750) hallmarked pieces carry our lifetime exchange and buyback guarantee at prevailing Dhaka BAJUS bullion rates, subject to standard BAJUS deduction norms on net metal weight and presentation of the original Assay Dossier.

3. GIA & IGI Laser Inscription Verification

Every solitaire diamond over 0.50 carats is accompanied by an original GIA or IGI laboratory report. Clients are invited to verify the microscopic laser inscription on the stone's girdle under our 40× salon microscope prior to handover.

4. 100% Insured Armored Custody & Privacy

All dispatches are 100% underwritten by transit insurance until biometric or OTP-verified signature handover. Client registry records and vault holdings are strictly confidential and never shared with third-party marketers.
